Hi wanted to share my great experience I received from Royal Air. My heater was out since last year and we were about to get our first cold front and I didn’t want to use space heater. So I called and set up an appointment and John arrived on time. He listened to what I wanted and he told and explained what he can help me with to get finance and low monthly payments. Great person. He showed up at 10 am and the crew with my new system showed up at 2 pm the same day. The crew was so detailed and professional when they installed my new unit! Loved it!! They showed me my new system in the attic and outside. They showed me how to use my new thermostat and when they were done cleaned up and hauled away my old system! My system is so quite, I’m like WOW!!! Love it!! Thank you John and crew and Royal Air for making it possible! My house is ready for the winter and summer!! YAY!!

Has truly show a great example of incompetence. They came in and broke my addict ladder for free! The insulation they charged me almost 1k for saying it would cover the entire addict with 8-10 inches doesn’t even cover half of the addict. Oh and trying to get the to answer the phone to fix this is impossible. All I want is the insulation done right but they won’t answer!!

Very knowledgeable technician and I would highly recommend future customers to request him by name. He won’t let you down or steer you the wrong way. Mike was great he took
Mike was great he took care of some problems that were never taken care of when it was installed 13 months ago, so I had to pay 75 dollars for them to come out and repair a faulty wire from the original installation. I am going to give a five star rating to to Mike not Royal Air
Thursday night about 10 PM
Thursday night about 10 PM I noticed our A/C was not cooling and the thermostat was blank. I left a message with Sam at his private number which he gave me two years ago during the original installation. Sam immediately called me back and walked me through some simple steps on “face time” to correct the problem. We avoided three days with no A/C till the service man could come out and I learned some easy maintenance steps to avoid this problem in the future. Thank you again Sam, you and Royal Air are the best.

Called Royal Air on Tuesday for a quote they sent a very nice man to my home who was beyond professional, explain everything to give me a quote right then and there. I contacted the office on Wednesday to see if I could get any discount and Gloria was wonder, she work her magic got me approve for the full amount advise could put it in on yesterday and they did, the 3 young men they sent to my home was wonderful had my until end up and running by 8:45p.m. clean up behind them explain everything, to say the least I’m very happy with Royal Air employees. Outstanding professionalismI’m a property manager
I’m a property manager from Houston, one of the house’s AC was leaking really bad that needs immediate attention as it might weaken or break the roof. So I had a technician named Huy Phan, he was stuck in traffic around Baker reservoir area (Most of area around there are closed due to flood caused by hurricane Harvey, where also the house is around), so he had to go on a long way all the way to I-610 and comeback which took him nearly 6 hours, he could just cancel the appointment and reschedule it, but he did not. I really appreciate the professionalism, specially during a tough time like this. Also he works pretty quick and left the house with no trace so we don’t even need to clean the floor.

Our Master Bedroom AC unit
Our Master Bedroom AC unit went out and the insurance company sent us Royal Air. Matt came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested I review my options with his specialist. Justin walked me through some options based on the age and condition of the remaining AC components that needed to be replaced. We reached a fair price for a full system Trane Seer 16 R410 and on top of that Justin was able to schedule an install team the same day! Today the schools are all closed and everyone is scrambling around getting ready for Hurricane Harvey but Royal Air is out here making sure our family is going to be comfortable when the Hurricane hits. Thanks for a job well done Royal Air!

Our AC was having issues
Our AC was having issues and Royal Air sent their tech, Paul out. He was able to troubleshoot our issue of the AC not turning on even though the thermostat was on cooling mode, no air was blowing out of the vents.
Paul is the best tech that we’ve dealt with and any time we will need our AC serviced, he’ll be the technician we’ll ask for.
He really knows his stuff and he’s very thorough. He went above the call of duty. He took his time to explain what was wrong and explained what basic maintenance we can do ourselves to ensure the unit continues to run smoothly.

Each time, the technicians were able to quickly diagnose the problem and made it their mission to repair the problems effectively and efficiently. Oh buddy! What a morning! After catching another person sabotaging our unit, we were forced to call anoter company. That’s when Gabe Ponce, with Royal Air, came to the rescue! Not only did have show me everything he did in front of me, but he explained it in language I could understand. He filled the freon and optimized our unit. Now the a/c blows ice cold and the efficiency has gone through the roof. I anticipate seeing substail savings on the energy bill! Thank you Gabe and Royal Air Houston!! 10 out of 10 stars all the way and they have a spot on the fridge now!!

What a difference a day
What a difference a day makes! The team that finally made it to our house on Friday neglected to seal up the freon when they left so by Sunday morning the AC was blowing hot air. We called Sunday morning and were so grateful when they squeezed us into the schedule. Javon came out and took care of it and the house is finally cool again. It was a nice way to end this frustrating episode and Javon gave us excellent service. So grateful for the turnaround and for working with us to make things right!
